The hotel offers the best available rooms, expertly designed with high-end bathrooms directly accessible from both sides of the king-size bed, spacious closets, and amazing views over the city. The staff is professional, helpful, and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, right in the city center with ample shopping and food options. The dining experience is fabulous with a good selection of both Japanese and western dishes.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic, with very spacious and nicely organized rooms. The high-end bathrooms and well-dressed king size bed made my stay more than comfortable. However, the fading name was a bit disappointing, as this is the third time it's happened to me, but overall, it was a great experience.

The service here was fantastic. The staff, including the bellman and door staff on the 1st floor, were warm, welcoming, and very nice. They helped me and provided information on getting around in Osaka, which was really helpful.

The location was very convenient for us, not too close to all the sights but easy to access by walking, train, or taxi. There were lots of shops within 50 yards of the hotel, making it a great starting point for exploring Osaka.
